Central apartment located in a typical Florentine building on the second floor without lift.
We are a few minutes walk from the Duomo and all the main tourist attractions. Very large newly renovated apartment, with attention to detail and comfort. Quiet, welcoming and elegant. Located in a lively and dynamic neighborhood, close to the main services, restaurants and typical shops. However the apartment is very quiet and allows for a relaxing and comfortable stay.
The apartment is large and finely furnished and consists of three bedrooms with double beds all equipped with private bathrooms, a large living room with comfortable sofas and a large smart TV, a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with bathtub. There is also a laundry room with washer-dryer.
Service limitation: The temperature values allowed in our apartment are 19°C (+ 2°C tolerance) up to a maximum of 21° C.
