Spacious and modern apartment, finely furnished, in the central Via Guicciardini a few steps from Palazzo Pitti, Ponte Vecchio and all the main attractions of the historic center. Located on the first floor without lift, it is composed of a large open space with double bed, a fully equipped kitchenette, relaxation area and spacious bathroom with tub and shower. It has a washing machine, Wi-Fi connection, and air conditioning.
Service limitation: The temperature values allowed in our apartment are 19°C (+ 2°C tolerance) up to a maximum of 21° C. Based on Decree no. 383 of 6/10/2022 of the Ministry of Ecological Transition, for the winter season, the period of switching on the systems for the Municipality of Florence is allowed from 8 November to 7 April, for a maximum of 11 hours per day.
