Apartment in a strategic position near the Santa Maria Novella station, on the fourth floor of an elegant historic building with a lift. The apartment is located in a residential area of the historic center, near the Fortezza da Basso, very close to the tram stop. It can accommodate up to four people, ideal for families and groups of friends. It consists of a small study with armchairs and coffee table, large and bright living room with TV, a kitchen equipped with all the necessary accessories and appliances, a bathroom with shower, two cozy and spacious double bedrooms (with the possibility of single beds) .
