Positive: The location is fabulous! A 10 minute walk will get you to all the main locations and the Duomo is literally a 1 minute walk from the property.

Negative: It should be mentioned in the property details that the property is on the third floor and that there is no elevator. It’s a tough climb, especially when traveling with people over the age of 65. We understand this is common in Italy, but still, it should be mentioned. One of the bedrooms has only a small skylight that wouldn’t open, as such this was basically an interior bedroom with no natural light. The bathtub on the upper floor didn’t have a shower curtain or a glass protection and thus, every time someone tried to take a shower, there was water everywhere making it impossible to use. The apartment wasn’t very clean. There were spider webs all over the ceiling and the overall cleanliness of the bathroom was not great. Also, there were some stains on the bed cover… Both rooms, even though there were two lamps on each nightstand, only one was working (the is only one power outlet to connect both lamps!!)! If to people are using the room, this is far from ideal. No microwave. Only two of the burners on the stove top were working. Not a deal breaker, seeing that we ate out everyday, but if you are planing to eat at home, it will be a challenge.
