If you expect to arrive outside check-in hours, please inform the property in advance. all requests for early or late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property, if you notify the property at least 48 hours in advance, late-check in from 18:00 to 20:30 is possible on request with no surcharge. without notification a surcharge applies. arrivals between 20:30 and 23:30 come at extra cost. the latest possible check-in, even if paying the surcharge, is 23:30, breakfast is provided daily on site. alternatively, it can be served at a nearby café, which is closed on saturdays, sundays and holidays, please note that full payment of the booked stay is due on arrival. this does not apply to nonrefundable rates, check-ins are done exclusively from 2 pm via self check-in procedure sent a few days before via whatsapp. after 6 p.m. there will definitely not be staff present at the facility to assist you but you can contact them by phone, should you plan to arrive outside of the above hours or if you need to leave your luggage in the morning while we prepare your room please notify us in advance as all early and/or late arrivals are subject to confirmation by us, should your room be ready, it will be my pleasure to deliver it to you in advance, in any case we will be happy to hold your luggage from 9:30 am.guests are required to show a photo id and credit card upon check-in. please note that all special requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply, if you require an invoice when booking a prepaid rate, write this and your company details in the special requests box, please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. you can use the special requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation, this property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.
