The house is located in a very quiet area in the Pino area in an ideal position with a splendid panoramic view from the large balcony. The center of Varenna is about 2 km away, the train station is 2.5 km away and also the ferry terminal for the center of Lake Como. About 800 meters from the apartment there is the Fiumelatte train station within walking distance, also some small beaches are reachable about 300 meters away.
