We are in Bagno-Sprizze, an enchanting pebble cove immersed in the Mediterranean scrub behind a pine forest, on the North Coast of the island equidistant from Marciana Marina and the golden sandy Gulf of Procchio. This is a stretch of coast full of inlets separated from each other by artificial cliffs, until you reach the Sprizze beach on the opposite side. A paradise for snorkelling lovers thanks to its clean seabed, crystal clear water and uncontaminated fauna and flora; for lovers of silence and quiet, here you can take a break from the frenetic pace of everyday life, an intimate and private place for a holiday of relaxation and peace; for lovers of sunsets, being the best side to enjoy the colors of the sky inflamed by the sun setting on the horizon, with the calm sea cheered up by the presence of sailing boats in the background and seagulls in flight.

Our two apartments both have an exclusive terrace overlooking the sea, despite being part of a small complex where there are 4 other apartments. The peculiarity of these accommodations is their access to the beach, in fact from the gate of the property it is possible to reach it with a path of about 50 meters (composed sometimes of steps and sometimes of steps). Both offer guests a double bathroom with shower, making the stay perfect for both families and couples looking for their own privacy without giving up moments of sharing.
Ground floor mezzanine apartment (6 beds)
The apartment is on the mezzanine floor and is accessed by an external staircase that leads directly to the large terrace for exclusive use, approximately 25m2, where the access doors leading into the living room and kitchen are located. On the terrace there are table and chairs for eating outdoors. The French windows lead to the living area where we find a corner sofa (if necessary it transforms into a double bed that can accommodate two people), dining table and kitchen. Between the kitchen and the living room there is a corridor, on the right we find the two newly renovated bathrooms, on the left the double bedroom and at the end the twin bedroom. In the bedroom with two single beds there is a French door which leads to a small private courtyard.
