Positive: The room was clean. The welcoming hosts are cordial and accommodating.

Negative: The room was small and had little kitchen equipment. There is no microwave, but there is a dishwasher. How does that make sense? There was a issue with my second stay here. I booked the room and paid for it in full. I was driving and asked my teenager to cancel our other booking for the night. The B and B was accidentally canceled instead. So the booking was made and paid for and then canceled all within 15 minutes. This allowed Booking.com and B and B to take all of the money for providing nothing. Neither of them has a way to reconcile something like this. I ended paying for the booking 2X. They told me that it would be refunded, so far I have seen nothing or any indication that this will happen.
