Situated at walking distance from Basilica di Bonaria, the apartment is composed by: one bedroom, one bathroom, one open kitchen and a very large loft room with an extra sofa bed. The apartment is on the 6th floor with elevator up the 5th floor and has a short staircase (25 steps) to access apartment. All around the apartment there is 100 sq.m wooden floor terrace, from which you have a wonderful view of Cagliari, equipped with dining table, 6 chairs, light, hammock and open air Jacuzzi . The apartment is fully equipped with large LCD TV, hi-fi stereo system, bluetooth speakers for smartphones and tablets, wi-fi, hairdryer, dishwasher, washing machine,air conditioning, BBQ. Bed linen and towels are provided.
During the period from november to april the open air Jacuzzi is an extra service at a cost of €. 15,00 per day, you have to ask for it.

Bonaria is a quiet residential district of Cagliari, two minute walk from the Basilica of Bonaria, the most important Marian shrine of Sardinia for the Catholic Church.
