Casa Mariella is located in the countryside of Floridia near to Syracuse. The villa is in an ideal location for visiting many places of interest such as Syracuse and Ortigia, Noto, Ragusa, Modica and Catania. Within about 20min drive there is also the popular sandy beach of Fontane Bianche. Casa Mariella is a semi-detached house with the neghbour's house developing at the back. Therefore, you will still have privacy as it is not overlooked.
The villa has a lovely swimming pool (14m x 7m; depth 1.3m x 2.4m; open May-September) where you can relax and read a book.
A large covered veranda surrounds the house, offering the possibility to have breakfast or dinner outside. The swimming pool located directly in front of the house is for the exclusive use of the guests. There is a barbecue and furnished garden with external shower too. Parking is within the fully fenced grounds.
The ground floor (approx 100sqm) offers simple but comfortable furnishings with an open plan kitchenette (oven, gas cooker, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, toaster) and living area with dining table, fireplace and TV. There are two double bedrooms with air conditioning and one bathroom with shower. The washing machine is in a small room, accessible from the veranda.
