This bright and spacious apartment is equipped with every comfort and consists of two bedrooms and two bathrooms, a living room with a double sofa bed, a kitchen with a large dining area and a double private terrace for the exclusive use of guests.
It is the ideal base for visiting Rome, located in the historic center of the city a few steps from Piazza di Spagna and Piazza del Popolo, with excellent connections that allow you to move easily.
The master bedroom has a very comfortable double bed while the second bedroom has two single beds.
The modern and functional kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances to cook.
One of the two bathrooms is directly accessible from the master bedroom and has a bathtub while the other, located between the bedroom and the living room, has a shower.
The terrace on the lower level offers the possibility to eat outside, during the summer you can enjoy the unique view of the typical roofs of the historic center of Rome during your dinner or your aperitif.
On the upper level you can sunbathe and enjoy a unique view of the city center!
The apartment is equipped with: independent air conditioning and heating, unlimited wifi, direct access to the double terrace for the exclusive use of guests, washing machine, dishwasher.
At each guest change, the house is professionally cleaned and the beds made up with clean linen.
You will find at your complete disposal all the sufficient space to store luggage, clothes and personal items as well as a basic supply of bathroom linen and detergents for personal cleaning.
