The third bedroom is in the basement with its own full bathroom. To be in compliance with the city and fire code, the basement does have 2 exits (exterior door and 2 windows).
This house is built prior to 1960 which means that the basement will be the coldest and the top floor will be the warmest. In an effort to ensure everyone staying at the property is comfortable, we provide portal/ceilings and portable heat sources
