Short description: The bungalow is located in a holiday park with large shared swimming pool on a plateau 500 m above Lake Garda. If you love Lake Garda with its cultural, sporting and tourist offers, but would rather not stay in the center of the hustle and bustle, this is the place for you.
The comfortable and functional apartment consists of a beautiful large living room, a dining area, three small bedrooms, a small functional kitchen, a bathroom and two large terraces. It is also used by ourselves.

Location: Our "Villaggio" with its beautiful park and beautiful bungalows awaits you in Tignale on the western shore of Lake Garda, on the Tignale plateau, 500 m above the lake, on the edge of the Parco Alto Garda Natural Park.
Tignale is a network of different villages. The holiday park is located above Gardola, the main town. Furthermore, the villages Piovere, Aer, Oldesio, Olzano and Prabione belong to the administrative unit of Tignale.
The Holiday Park: The casual holiday home settlement extends over approximately 18 ha. In the center there is the administrative building with swimming pool (25m x 10m), children's pool and separate baby pool. Beach chairs, umbrellas, playground and table tennis tables are available for use. Activities for children are offered in the high season again and again: Offers such as water games, competitions and crafts at the pool are often used. If you do not want to get involved in hiking maps, you can also take part in guided, free walks with the family. B. participate between the villages of Tignale.
The staff at the tourist office in Gardola speak very good German and are very friendly and helpful. There you will also receive information about other offers in the region. The current bus timetables are also available there. The shuttle bus that goes to the lake every day is free for you. Buses will also take you to more distant places if you want to leave the car.
The large swimming pool (25 x 10 m) with surrounding sun terrace and plenty of umbrellas and sunbeds (free of charge) is the living center of our holiday park. The pool is tempered as needed, d. H. especially in the transitional periods. It is also ideal for families with children: there is a separate children's pool with a small slide as well as a separate baby pool. During the season, an official lifeguard is employed. A fenced playground and table tennis are always popular with guests.
The holiday bungalow: It consists of a large living / dining / kitchen area. In the living room you will find a sitting area with satellite TV. A simply equipped kitchenette (four-ring gas hob, coffee maker, kettle, fridge with freezer) and a small dining area are also found in this room.
The bungalow has three bedrooms: first bedroom with double bed (1.40 m, a mattress), second bedroom with bunk beds (two beds) and third bedroom with two beds each 80 cm wide. The bathroom has a shower, toilet and sink.
The bungalow has two terraces, each with a table and four chairs, two sun loungers and a large parasol.
The bungalow can only be heated with a wood stove. A little wood is available for sudden cold spells. If heating is required for a long time, wood must be purchased locally, because we have no way to store larger amounts of wood.

Activities: If you like to visit, you will find many worthwhile places (Riva, Limone, Toscolano- Maderno, Gargnano, Saló), villages in the hinterland, churches, castles and museums. In the nearby famous church of Monte Castello, as well as in the villages of Tignale, Porto di Tignale and the surrounding towns, there are always free concerts of a high musical standard, which are very popular with locals and also visited by some tourists become. At the village festivals, one can still hear the Italian life up close and receive a warm welcome. The many markets held in Tignale and the surrounding towns are always visited by the tourists. Nature and sports enthusiasts will also get their money's worth: both small walks on the paths between the villages of Tignale at waterfalls and adventurous steep slopes and the traditional ways down to the lake to Porto di Tignale, Gargnano or Campione are also good with children deal with. There are good shops and consistently recommendable, down to earth and sometimes very cheap restaurants and pizzerias, as well as the tourist information, post office, bank, gas station, hairdresser, pharmacy and doctor, not to forget the shop "Tabbachi", a store in which magazines, hiking maps, Bus tickets for buses, housewares ... as well as rental of bicycles is offered.

- Since last year, the bureaucracy has increased even more: tourists must be registered with the community, police, Questura and tourism sector, for which a fee of 35 euros per booking is due.
All other costs (electricity, water and gas) are included.
Registration: In order to be able to process the registration correctly, I need a scan or a photo of the ID card from the main tenant.
