Positive: The location was convenient for us and the staff was welcoming and helpful

Negative: Bedsheets had stains in them and weren’t properly clean, toilet basin moved when we sat on it as it wasn’t properly screwed into the floor and window wouldn’t open people’s.

Summary: Very basic and needs improvement
