On the property there are two alonestanding houses (close each to the other, connected through a porch), one is used by the owner while the other is rented out for vacations. The property has a large garden with a 10x5 meter swimming pool for private/exclusif use of the tenant, the owners (couple around 60's) don't not use the pool for the privacy of the tenants. The holiday home is suitable for up to 6+1 persons (2 double bedrooms, one with two single beds, studio with extra bed). 2 baby cots (1 wooden, 1 travel) available upon request, there is also 1 high chair. On the ground floor there are a dining/living room, big end well equipped kitchen, studio, 2 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. There is a large porch with view on the pool area, it's equipped with table and chairs to eat outdoors. To cook there are also a barbecue and stone oven at disposition. On the 1st floor there is a big bedroom with own bathroom and open terrace. Wi-fi internet connection available. All common household appliances are available (washing machine, dishwasher, fridge / freezer, TV, oven ....). The property is ideally located to visit Rome and the Lazio region, a day at the lake (the lakes of Bracciano and Vico are 10 and 36 km away) or to the beach (25 km away, from the terrace on the 1st floor you can see in the distance the sea and the boats). There is a large shopping center (35 shops, large supermarket) at 6 kms from the villa, open all the days of the week (also on Sunday) from 9 to 20:30. The nearest restaurant/pizzeria is 4 Kms far away, it is also possible to engage the owner to prepare a dinner. On arrival they will welcome you with an appetizer. It is possible to buy on spot olive oil, fruit & vegetables. It is also well located for golf holidays, there are 2 courses at 24 kms (Golf Nazionale & Golf club Olgiata) and further 4 within 70 kms (Marco Simone, Parco de Medici, Roma golf Club & Golf club arco di Costantino).
