The accommodation Casa Vacanza La Limonaia is a small villa of about 150 square meters with a large outdoor garden. It is set on 2 levels and can comfortably accommodate 6/8 people. It is located in a side street of Via Roma in one of the most prestigious and quiet residential areas of Sperlonga. It is a particularly happy location for tranquility but it is even more so for the extraordinary centrality with respect to the sea and the historic center.
Ideal for large families and groups, this villa is spacious, cozy, romantic and full of light thanks to glass windows and doors that lead to the patio and the outdoor garden where it is pleasant to stay, even in winter, on sunny days, for lunches outdoors or simply for tea. The garden has a pretty iron gate that is very convenient for day trips to the sea. Lots of greenery and flowers in the summer to make you enjoy a pleasant holiday.
Villa La Limonaia is furnished with functional and modern furniture and the whole creates a warm and welcoming atmosphere. From the entrance door you will find yourself in a very large living area where we find a large dining table suitable for 8 people and 2 comfortable sofas, one of which converts into a double bed, to enjoy a relaxing atmosphere in front of the TV. Dinner with friends and relatives they are also pleasant for the equipped kitchen which is adjacent to the living room. It is on the right and is equipped with everything you need: pots, dishes, plates, glasses, glasses, oven, dishwasher, fridge and an additional table ideal for breakfast.
Through a fine wooden staircase we go up to the night floor where 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom are perfectly organized. Two bedrooms have king-size double beds and large closets with drawers and also have windows with balconies overlooking the respective gardens. The third bedroom is for the little ones and has a comfortable bunk bed with a small play corner and a pleasant window that fills the room with light. The entire floor is served by a large bathroom with double sinks and a shower cubicle. In the bathroom we also find a convenient equipped washing machine.
The rooms of the villa are equipped with radiators for the winter periods. The house is air conditioned and its use is free. There is an LCD TV in the living room. Only one parking space is included in a private car park about 700m away from the house. Also this Holiday House, like all our houses, has the bathing establishment included in the price and reachable on foot.

Final cleaning and general consumption are included in the price, as are bed and bath linens. For periods longer than 7 days, weekly linen change is included in the price.
Beach service is included at the La Lanterna beach club, which is the best Sperlonga offers for families. Here you will be available for free n. 1 umbrella + 2 sun beds + 1 director chair. The plant is central in the town and is in Via Cristoforo Colombo, very easy to reach on foot. The service is active from April 1st to October 31st.
The house has included in the price 1 parking space in a private parking located in Via della Vite 100.
Sperlonga City Tax
I remind the kind guests that, throughout Sperlonga, the Tourist Tax entered into force fully paid to the Municipality of Sperlonga to improve the reception of tourists. This amount is € 1 per person per day (children under 14 are exempt) and must be paid in cash upon check-in.
Extra time check-in:
Check-in is free from 15:00 to 20:00. After these times a supplement will be applied for the extra check-in of € 30.00.

House Rules
The check-in time is set for 15:00 but can be flexible and if the villa is free from the night before your arrival, you can easily enter by 12:00. Check-out is scheduled for 10:00.
Our house is very accurate and we would like our guests to love it in the same way. The prayer is not to make annoying noises in the full respect of the near people and not to smoke in the house.
If the guest causes damage, this must be reported immediately to the person in charge of the house. The guest is responsible for any damage caused. No security deposit will be required but credit card information (no prepaid) will be requested. Damage caused will be charged even if found after check-out.
Our four-legged furry friends are welcome only if authorized. An extra contribution of € 20 per night will be requested up to a maximum of € 100 depending on the relative extra cleaning. Maximum 2 pets allowed.
A tour around
Sperlonga is one of the most characteristic villages of the entire province and offers a lot to its guests. The town owes its picturesque structure to the need to oppose a defensive system against pirates that raged over the sea. Beyond a clear and clean sea, awarded for years with the Blue Flag symbol and a sandy beach where children and adults can enjoy, it is characterized by a historical center formed by narrow medieval streets with artisan shops and small shops of all kinds. The Piazzetta in the historic center is an evening meeting for a pleasant walk or a good glass of wine with friends. A few steps down we find the marvelous Belvedere walk, beware you might fall in love even more. Not far away, at about 1 km we find the National Archaeological Museum of the Grotta di Tiberio where important marble remains recovered in the adjacent Villa di Tiberio found in the 60s are on display. The emperor Tiberius loved to spend his holidays divided between the residences of Capri and Sperlonga. Torre Truglia is also beautiful, overlooking the sea and overlooking the port of Sperlonga. It is important to remember that everything can be reached on foot or by bike via a modern bike path. A few miles away there are many historic towns and locations to visit and to visit: Gaeta, an ancient maritime city, Terracina with the Temple of Jupiter, Fondi, an ancient city with the Baronial Castle and cyclopean walls, Cassino with its famous Abbey, and much more.
How to reach the house
For those arriving by car, you must enter Sperlonga on the side towards Gaeta, arriving in the upper part of the town and go down the panoramic street Via Roma. In the middle of the descent there is a small internal road on the right that leads to La Limonaia. The house has no street number but on the GPS / navigator enter Via Roma 33 which is the nearest reference. For those arriving by train the most functional station is Fondi / Sperlonga. The station is served in a capillary way by taxi and bus to our country. For those arriving by plane there are no tips to give as everyone is at comfortable distances from Sperlonga.
