The house, a typical construction with star vaults, is located in a small courtyard near Piazza Sant'Oronzo, just 50 meters away from the main street and the beautiful church of Sant'Irene, historically considered as the exact center of the city ancient.
The apartment can accommodate up to 5 people, and is composed of a comfortable fully equipped kitchen/dining room, two double bedrooms, two bathrooms with shower, a mezzanine with a single bed (a comfortable Japanese futon), a small laundry room with washing machine , a small internal cloister. It is equipped with heating, bed linen and towels, pots, crockery, cutlery and any other useful accessory. In summer the rooms are naturally cool and do not need air conditioning. However, there is 1 air conditioner in the smaller double bedroom.
Its position allows you to spend a pleasant and relaxing stay in the fascinating beauty of the historic center of Lecce, with its evocative baroque architecture, alleys, courtyards, artisan shops, typical restaurants and any other cultural, artistic or recreation of the ancient village.
Those arriving by car must park outside the historic center about 600/700 m from the apartment.
