Summary: We needed a relaxing base hotel to stay in for the first five days in Puglia and Masseria Messapia was the perfect place. A large property, but with a very boutique luxury feel, our room was fabulous, with a lovely en-suite and an large external terrace. Breakfast is a feast of foods freshly set every morning.The pool area is fabulous, quiet and relaxing. There is a Spa available, gym area and an on site restaurant for lunch and dinner if required. Alma who overseas the running of the hotel is fabulous and is always available and very attentive to the guests needs, always good for a chat and making sure you are wanting for nothing.The small group of staff are very friendly, helpful and smiley, creating a very nice atmosphere throughout the premises. Whether you are only staying for a couple of days or a week, you will be very well looked after and would highly recommend the Masseria Messapia.
