4 Bedroom House in 12th Arrondissement, Marseille
Our house is in Marseille’s suburb, in a quiet area, surrounded by vegetation.
The yard is all over the house, there is a shady patch of lawn in the backyard, a fully equipped summer kitchen in the front yard, and a large pool completely unoverlooked with a pool house. We have so many outdoor game for kids (bikes, balloons, slide, water slide, hammock, trampoline, swing, dig area with truck, sand pool, ball pool, ..).
We have strawberry, an apricot tree, a fig tree, an almond tree and a cherry tree. If you come on summer, you can help us to pick and eat all the fruits!
On the ground floor there is a comfy living room with a fire place and an open kitchen, large TV, pictures windows overlooking the front garden and the pool. There is also a bathroom and separated WC. A/C in the living room.
Upstairs there is 3 A/C bedrooms, a bathroom and separated WC.
First bedroom has a king size bed, the second a baby bed, both opens on the balcony seeing on the pool. The third bedroom has an infant mezzanine bed.
We can add single or double bed in the bedroom, if you need it.
Downstairs there is a bathroom, separated WC, laundry with washer and dryer. The fourth bedroom has a large convertible sofa.
Enjoy this Mediterranean villa for its large rooms, comfort, beautiful pool. Very quiet, it is a paradise in the heart of the town.
This is the perfect place for family with children. Our kids will be thrilled to share all their toys with yours.
You can park 3 cars in the property.
All the Marseille wonders are yours! Marseille is very welcoming city. You are between the beaches and the mountains.
Wine merchants, restaurants, cafés, cheese store, butchers, bakers, various supermarkets... you will find everything a few feet away our home.
The famous old port of Marseille (where the antic Greeks accosted 26 centuries ago!) is 20 minutes ride. You can lay or swim in our sandy beaches.
We have a boat, so we can offer you to go water skiing, wakeboarding, tubing or just cruise along the island in our boat.
For Olympic Games, the sea is at 20 min ride. We can offer you to see the Olympic game by sea!
The worldwide known Calanques are to be seen just outside the city! You reach it in 20 minutes ride. You can swim, hiking or rock-climbing.
We can also offer you a typically french old-vintage-car ride, along the town. You can discover the town, the beaches, the coast, the mountains, and the hinterland by plane.
The Provence countryside is also nearby if you want to follow in the footsteps of Cezanne or Van Gogh.
