This is a Five StarPenthouse in the very heart of the city of Sanremo. Steps to all the best beaches, Ariston Theater, Casino , restaurants and bars. The apartment has been fully restructured with a new kitchen and two bathrooms. It is fully airconditioned with a balcony overlooking the Mediterranean. The home is fully furnished will all the luxuries of home, plasma TV, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, and of course all required linen and kitchen utensils.
The apartment is large , airy, and full of sunlight. There is also space in the basement of the building for those that wish to bring their bicycles to enjoy the wonderful cycle path along the Riviera leading to Monte Carlo.
In the apartment there are 2 double beds and 2 single beds. In the case of the preparation of the sofa bed located in the living room, it's necessary to pay extra.
Since this is a family building we do own other properties within the same building, and have an onsite property manager to check guests in and assist in whatever way possible to make this a vacation of a life time.

Sanremo is known for so many things, and all of them can be enjoyed from this location, with no need for a car. Casino, great shopping, amazing restaurants and bars, pizza restaurant, many wonderful beaches, Ariston Theater (Sanremo song festival) Via Matteoti is known as the "living room of Sanremo" It is a pedestrian mall, within 20 paces of the apartment
Sanremo is a small town, and parking is limited. There are two major covered parking locations in the city. Both within walking distance. The costs are Euro 12.00 and Euro 15.00 per day. There are also uncovered monitored parking spaces close by. The bus station is within 300 meters of the apartment, and offers day trips to the wonderful interior of the Ligurian coast. There is a wonderful cycle path along the Italian Riviera, and Sanremo 's path can be reached at the end of our street. We do offer storage for bicycles at no charge.
