The apartment is located on the third floor (without lift) of a historic building in the city center and overlooks the main street, retaining its traditional character and offering all modern conveniences. In fact, the apartment, for the exclusive use of guests, can accommodate up to a maximum of 6 people and is made up of two large double bedrooms, one of which has a small bathroom, and there is a sofa bed in the spacious living room.

How to reach the apartment
The apartment is located in the heart of Città di Castello, in Corso Vittorio Emanuele 40. Although car parking in the center is reserved for residents, you will be able to find several car parks close to the city walls, both free and paid, at a maximum distance of about 5-10 minutes by foot.
From Rome: take the A1 motorway towards Milan and exit at Orte towards Cesena. Near Terni, take the E45 towards Cesena and continue past Perugia. Exit at the Città di Castello Sud (south) exit and follow the directions for the historic center.
From Cesena: follow the E45 towards Rome. Exit at the Città di Castello Nord (north) exit and follow the directions for the historic center.
From Florence: take the A1 motorway towards Rome and exit at Arezzo. From Arezzo use the SS73 state road to get to the E45 entrance in Città di Castello Nord (north). Once you have crossed the highway, follow the directions for the historic center.
From Ancona: use the SS76 Ancona-Jesi-Fabriano to arrive in Umbria and continue on the SS318 until you join the E45 in Sant'Egidio, near Perugia. Here continue in the direction of Cesena until the Città di Castello Sud (south) exit and from here follow the directions for the historic center.
