This agency fee includes check-in and check-out costs, contract registration, maintenance costs, assistance in case of breakdown of appliances, WA group dedicated toassistance during the entire period of stay.
- ONE TIME SERVICE FEE DI HOUSINGANYWHERE. When booking, a one-time service fee is required by the HousingAnywhere platform.
- DEPOSIT: a deposit of 2 times the rent price , is required at the entrance, which will be returned at the end of the period in the absence of damage to the property.
