LOCATION:
It is located in Torre delle Stelle - Sinnai (CA), well known holiday resort, 30 km east of Cagliari and 15 km from the famous Villasimius. It is situated along the St. P. 17, spectacular scenic coastal road, dotted with magnificent beaches and coves. Or alternatively, following the S. S. 554 and S. S. 125 for Muravera / Arbatax, with a fast and straight run, exiting at the junction for Via Leonardo Da Vinci / S. P. 17 towards Geremeas / Torre delle Stelle / Villasimius. It is accessed from the second entrance of the village, where there are the Hotel Ristorante Il Saraceno and pharmacy. Continuing for a few kilometers towards the beach without arrive there, you reach the junction with the Milky Way. Going along the entire street you get to a road with no exit to the prevalent use of the few residents, unpaved to preserve the landscape, which ensures tranquility at all hours of the day and night, privacy and security.
In a strategic position, 50 meters from the beach, immersed in the local and Mediterranean bush, the apartment has stunning views across the bay Genn'e seas, the most beautiful beach of Torre delle Stelle.

DETAILS:
on the first floor of a two-family villa, it is accessed by a staircase on the back of the property where you can park your car. Featuring a fully usable terrace, furnished with a table for 6 people, overlooking the sea and the garden with green lawn and many colorful flowers, equipped with built-in barbecue.
The living room has a large area dedicated to the fully equipped kitchen (microwave area, toaster, washing machine), table for 6 people generally positioned on the terrace, sofa eventually used as a single bed for the child.
The corridor leads to two bedrooms, equipped with ventilators ceiling paddle and the main bathroom (consisting of toilet, bidet, sink and shower).
One room is double, very large, with the possibility of adding another bed / cot and one is a bunk bed, currently there are two single beds joined together.
Outside, in the back of the house is an outdoor shower facility.
