Well furnished, it develops on one level and consists of living room, large kitchen, double bedroom, second double bedroom and two bathrooms; complete the property: large open spaces furnished with gazebo, table, chairs and deck chairs to enjoy pleasant moments of relaxation, parking spaces, a well-kept English garden and a tennis court shared only with the other house inside the property. Present: TV, air conditioning, wifi, washing machine, oven, barbecue and outdoor shower. Due to the two bathrooms, the villa is perfect for two couples as well as for groups of friends. If more numerous, it is available in the same property a second house able to accommodate another 7 people, for a total of 12 beds. In the immediate vicinity there are the most beautiful beaches of Alghero: Porto Conte, sandy bottom; Mugoni, surrounded by a large pine forest; Tramariglio and Cala Dragunara (from which boats leave for the Caves of Neptune).
