Immersa nel verde di un complesso residenziale nel Parco dei Colli di Bergamo, offre vicinanza al centro città e numerosi itinerari di interesse artistico, naturalistico e sportivo presenti nell'hinterland e e nelle vicine Milano e Brescia, dalle quali raggiungere i laghi di Garda, Iseo, Maggiore, Como e molto altro ancora. Immersa nell’esclusivo contesto del Parco Dei Colli, “VILLA BICE” si colloca in una fortunata realtà abitativa, immersa nella verde zona residenziale ma, al contempo, a pochi minuti dalla città, dai centri storici e da tutte le meraviglie artistiche e paesaggistiche che Bergamo sa offrire agli occhi stupiti dei suoi visitatori.
La residenza si estende su 235 mq, più giardinetto privato tutto piantumato (con gazebo per eventuali barbecue nella bella stagione), ingresso carrabile autonomo e posti auto per 4 o più vetture. l vasto appartamento (al piano terra/rialzato, accessibile attraverso 6 gradini dal piano strada) in palazzina bifamiliare, consta di ingresso con porta blindata, enorme cucina riccamente attrezzata (che prima della ristrutturazione era un salotto!) con lungo balcone affacciato sul verde ed esposto a sud, verso Bergamo Alta, della quale si ammira il fascinoso skyline; a seguire uno studio ed un triplo salone, con due aree salotto (una con tv) e un’area pranzo. Delle tra ampie camere da letto matrimoniali, una dispone di bagno privato con doccia, ed una di un suo balcone affacciato sul verde, oltre che di una cassaforte. Un secondo bagno, con vasca idromassaggio e doppi lavelli, completa il pian0 terra/rialzato. Dallo studio, una scala interna porta al seminterrato (in realtà il vero piano terra, visto il naturale declivio collinare) dove si trova la quarta camera, esposta a sud, stavolta con due letti singoli, un angolo con scrittoio destinabile a postazione pc (da gestire però in autonomia poiché, al momento, la struttura non offre una connessione Wi-Fi), zona lavoro ed una cassaforte. Adiacenti si trovano una saletta fitness attrezzata per fare attività fisica ed una lavanderia con lavatrice e lavatoio a mano, oltre ai sanitari che la rendono fruibile come bagno tradizionale per gli ospiti della camera a due letti. Villa Bice è interamente arredata con mobili d’epoca o in stile, chandelier in cristallo e tappeti orientali, biancherie da corredi in un’atmosfera calda ed accogliente, dove l’attenzione e la cura per i dettagli coniuga raffinatezza e comfort da offrire ai suoi graditi ospiti. A 2 minuti a piedi vi sono le fermate dei bus che collegano alla città in pochi minuti; ad altrettanta distanza vi sono banca, farmacia, minimarket, frutta e verdura, tabaccheria, giornali, due barbieri, due pasticcerie (una tradizionale ed una gluten free), ristorante/pizzeria, pub e due pizzerie d’asporto. A 5 minuti in bici si imboccano percorsi ciclabili dedicati, godibili anche a piedi per passeggiate in sicurezza. Stupende le escursioni sul Colle della Maresana (dal quale prende il nome la via ove è situata Villa Bice), magari allietate da un picnic organizzato in apposite aree attrezzate tra i boschi verdeggianti o sui prati assolati. Bergamo, scrigno generoso di Tesori d’Arte, soprattutto Città Alta, offre percorsi di sicuro interesse anche nel suo hinterland, diramato nelle due Valli che da Bergamo si dipartono, la Seriana e la Brembana, entrambe mete ambite per gli sport invernali e per le bellezze paesaggistiche che le contraddistinguono in ogni stagione. Moltissimi gli itinerari enogastronomici legati al territorio ed alle sue storiche tradizioni nei vari momenti dell’anno.
L’Aeroporto di Bergamo, Orio al Serio, è raggiungibile in meno di 15 minuti in auto; 30 minuti di percorso autostradale separano invece Bergamo da Milano e da Brescia, snodi di riferimento per raggiungere le più svariate mete sul lago di Garda, Iseo, Maggiore, Lecco, Como e molte altre.
