Summary: Negatives: Breakfast was okay, not much variety and I didn’t like the fact that the eggs were in the same pot with meats (I am vegetarian). Coffee offered was pretty bad. The shower temperature was faulty, constantly changing from hot to cold. Tried bringing this up with reception who sent a plumber who looked at it for 2 minutes and said he can’t do anything. One night we were served food from room service which was not cooked properly- some of it was almost frozen still. Every time we wanted to leave the hotel in our car we had to wait several minutes for reception to open the gate. Ventilation fan in our room was not working properly. Positives: The room was amazing, from the balcony to the bed to the bathroom, everything was beautiful. The staff was really friendly. Easy parking space. Swimming Pool was lovely.
