The apartment is located on the second floor (with lift) of the modern Palazzo Candiani, a few steps from the station and the Bovisa Polytechnic University of Milan.
The apartment is equipped with all comforts: washing machine, dishwasher, microwave oven, high speed internet. A corner with a desk also makes it ideal for working from home. On the ground floor is the bright living room with sofa bed, TV unit and open kitchen with a large table, and equipped crockery and utensils. The first bathroom with a shower cubicle is located on the first floor. Here you also have access to the large balcony. A modern staircase leads to the second floor, where there are two double bedrooms and the second bathroom, also with window and shower cubicle.
