The apartment is about 100 square meters and is located on the first floor of a large house built by my grandfather in the 60s. Surrounded by a beautiful garden, the house is just a few steps from the sea ... just get out of the wooden gate and find yourself immediately in front of a clear blue sea! 10 steps to the left and get to the “Canalone”, with fantastic rocks, 10 steps to the right to arrive at the sandy beach!.
From the terrace of the house, which is looking at the sea, you can lose yourself for hours dreaming of the intense turquoise of the sea, breathing the sea air mixed with the scent of pine trees, dining with friends with the light of the moon, the moon that reflects on the water of the caletta.
There are three double bedrooms, cozy and refined; a nice sofa bed is located in the living room of the big house, where there is also a fireplace to warm autumn holiday. There are two bathrooms where we have retained the original orange tiles from the 60s ! The kitchen, which looks out directly onto the terrace, is fully equipped; for those who prefer to cook on a barbecue just go into the garden, one large masonry is available to everyone!
