Summary: Reception staff could have been more professional. Bar staff were excellent, nothing was an issue for them. We had no view from our room as the window was set at the top of the room. Had a look at the hotel layout, seems like our room was one of the smallest rooms. There was a metal beam which ran diagonally across the room - not ideal for tall guests. No TV and receptionist was unable to fix this. Breakfast area was cramped, with a queue waiting for coffee from a machine. Breakfast was continental style and there was plenty on offer. I have stayed here before and despite the cramped breakfast area, I enjoyed the stay. I now would think twice about staying here or at least request a room on first or second floors. Parking is available.
