Very quiet, the villa has all the comforts to accommodate up to 13 people, ideal for 4-6 persons: living room with bay window, large kitchen with 5 burner gas, 6 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, large garden with chairs, hammock in a bamboo forest. Access to Rome is by car (20 minutes) or train (Montebello station, train every 10 minutes to the train station of Rome Nord Near Piazza del Popolo). The nearest shops are in the village of Sacrofano (1 km), or in the mall Porte di Roma (200 stores, cinemas) at the entrance to Rome. The rental rates are decreasing according to the duration and number of people.
The small flat on the ground floor is owner-occupied. A bedroom and bathroom may be available but on request.
