The apartment, newly renovated, is equipped with every comfort, and consists of a large living area with crystal table and smart TV, two large double bedrooms both equipped with wardrobe and desk, a single bedroom plus a children's bed 0 to 5 years, two bathrooms both with shower, a kitchen with coffee machine (Nespresso), kettle, oven, microwave, refrigerator, washing machine, dishwasher and a cellar. On request it is possible to add an extra single bed. In the whole apartment there is the super fiber wifi to surf without limits at high speed.
The area is really quiet and is only 10 minutes from Piazza del Campo, easily reachable on foot with the escalators of S. Francesco. Below the house there are: bus stop, supermarket, bank, pharmacy, tobacconist, church and gym. The station is only 1km away and is well connected by bus or reachable on foot in 15 minutes.
