Brand new three-room apartment (opening May 2022) of approximately 75 sqm located in Colà di Lazise in a quiet residential complex. The farmhouse apartment, located on the first floor conveniently accessible by lift, can accommodate up to 5 people and features a bright living area with a spacious and modern kitchen equipped with induction hob, refrigerator, oven, freezer, dishwasher, crockery/cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee maker and toaster. The living room is furnished with particular attention to details, with a comfortable sofa bed that can accommodate one person, a TV (no satellite) and air conditioning. The large window overlooks a spacious covered terrace equipped with table, chairs and barbecue to enjoy outdoor lunches and a swing lounger to relax during the cooler hours. The terrace is opposite side of the pool, for this reason there isn't pool view. The accommodation has two bedrooms with wardrobes, the first with a double bed and the second with two single beds that can be joined. Windowed bathroom with washing machine, shower box and hairdryer. The complex offers a lovely swimming pool with solarium area immersed in greenery (opening period guaranteed 01/06-30/09). A private parking space is available for guests. WiFi NOT present. Starting from April 2025, a construction site for a new residence will be in front of the apartment, so during the day, noises may be heard on the terrace. Pets not allowed. Non-smoking apartment.
