Summary: The host was wonderful. Leading up to our stay she was super helpful and responded quickly. During our stay, she answered any questions. The place was beautiful. Like the listing and other reviews state, you have to go up 4 flights of stairs to get to unit, which was fine for us, but maybe not for others. There is a washer/dryer combo but it doesn’t dry fully like we are used to and had to hang dry our clothes. We do understand that is how laundry is done mostly in Europe. The only negative thing I would say is the bathroom was quite small. The shower you could hardly move in. But again, we understand that is common in Europe. Just so others looking to book here would know what to expect. Location was wonderful, close to everything, lots of restaurants nearby. We felt extremely safe in the apartment as you need a key to get into main door then once you go up stairs need a key to get into another door and then the apartment is last one down a hall which you need another key for. Florence in general we also felt safe. We would stay here again and would recommend to others.
