Positive: The apartment was clean, spacious, and had a balcony. The area is quiet, and it’s about 20 minutes walking to the center of Florence. Check-in was simple, using a code and key.

Negative: Parking was an issue. In front of the property there are only white-marked spots, which are reserved for residents only. There is no private parking, even though the listing mentions “possible parking.” The only option was a public parking lot about 50 meters away, costing 2 euros per hour.
