The apartment is at the last floor (with lift) of a typical Florentine building from the late 1800 – facing Via del Leone.
The apartment was bought and totally renovated only a few years ago. Being on the 4th and last floor of the building it's really quiet and peaceful.
The apartment consists of a living room with a double sofa-bed, a spacious bedroom with a king-size bed, a bathroom with shower and a kitchen
The kitchen is limited in space but served with all the tools you can need, like Nespresso coffee machine (coffee included), american coffee machine, toaster, kettle and oven. There is also a washing machine in the kitchen.
Going up a spiral staircase from the living room you'll accede to a mezzanine with a single bed. In the living room there is a smart tv with Netflix in english or italian.
