Summary: The grounds are very pretty, very Tuscany, beautiful view but the rooms are very bad. The staffs are very nice, very helpful but the hotel itself is very dated. Everything is not well maintained. The futon are so worn out that you can feel the metal bars. We left the hotel with very bad back pain. The hotel is very cheap with their towels and toilet paper and never replenish their toiletry supplies. We are a family of four but are only given 3 bath towels. The breakfast doesn’t get replenish when item runs out so make sure you’re the early risers. Overall definitely not worth the high price tags for the rooms.
